Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi have hit a new all-time low, breaking their own record. Zogby’s poll shows (drumroll, please):

. . . of respondents rated Congress’ performance as excellent or good. Last October, in its final days, the Republican-led Congress earned ratings of excellent or good from 23 percent of voters.
“There is a growing sense that people voted for change in 2006 and they aren’t getting it,” Zogby said.
We think there is also a growing sense that the Dems are sinking because they are surging for defeat. Who approves of people who want us to lose a war?
